It's a BOY!!!! - 16 weeks 4 days

 

So much has gone on over the past 2 weeks. We had a gender ultrasound on Friday (11/23) and were told we are having a BOY!!!! We are so excited to finally know what we are expecting. Since our pregnancy was not a surprise we were excited to share this day with my Dad, Mom, Brother, and Cousin. We planned a shopping day on Saturday and pretty much have all of the furniture and bedding purchased for our little guy. Now he just needs a name ;)

 

Coming up with a name has been the hardest part. I think we have narrowed it down to two. Chris did want to follow his Father's tradition and name his son after him. So far we have Christopher Adler and Christopher Grayson (we will call him by his middle name). Nothing is set in stone just yet and I am sure we will change our minds a million times before he is here. I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family! We have had one blessed year, have so much to be thankful for, and looking forward to what is to come next year.  

 

 

14 Week Update

We are 14 weeks pregnant tomorrow! Time is flying by. We had an ultrasound last Tuesday and Baby Trammell is doing well. It is amazing how fast they grow. Our little one waived at us during the ultrasound. I am so amazed at this little miracle that we have been given. We are no longer considered high risk which is huge blessing. All that really means is that our physician feels things are going as expected and we will start seeing him every 4 weeks opposed to every 2 weeks. Symptoms this week have really gone away. I am contributing the sickness to the progesterone supplements. Ever since I have stopped, I have felt pretty good. We scheduled a gender ultrasound on November 23rd and finally will find out if Baby Trammell is a he or a she :)
